Here is some information from the event: \n \n\n\n\nDue  to Covid-19\, Come Out St. Pete has had to re-imagine this year’s annual  event keeping our top priority everyone’s safety while celebrating  Coming Out. This year you’ll be able to join us both online with our virtual segments and outside in the sunshine within the Grand Central District. \n\nCome take a stroll and visit vendors at participating businesses\, spread  out along Central Avenue from 17th to 31st Streets. We are fully  committed to provide visitors as much space as possible to walk around\,  view the wares of our vendors\, and still stay safe. Masks will be available\, as well as hand sanitizer\, along the route and  within the vendor booths. Social distancing is strongly encouraged at  vendor booths and while walking from place to place. For those who want to participate but don’t want to venture out\, we will  be streaming our event LIVE on our Facebook page. \n \n\nDuring our Live  segments\, we will be highlighting our vendors and their products\, and  letting you know all about the participating businesses of the Grand  Central District. SUMMARY:Come Out St. Pete
DESCRIPTION:Please come and join us while we walk down Central avenue for the Come Out parade! We will have a truck full of beads that were donated for the event to hand out for the parade and anyone is welcome to come and walk with our truck 😊 \nThis year’s festivities will include a parade in the Grand Central District on Saturday\, October 5 from 11 a.m. to noon. The parade will begin at approximately 20th Street and head west on Central Avenue (Although details may change). A custom rainbow flag\, one city block in length\, will be unfurled along the route. \n“The St. Pete LGBTQ+ Community passionately shows an abundance of PRIDE year-round. They’ve expressed their desire to have a daytime parade during a cooler month on Central Avenue. This provides the perfect opportunity to celebrate National Coming OUT Day in October. We’re so grateful for our community’s support and sponsorship which makes it possible for us to do this for them\,” states COSP Board of Directors. \nThe parade will be followed by the Come Out St. Pete Festival — on Central Avenue between 22nd and 31st Streets — where local small businesses\, artists and makers will be selling their goods and services. Many of the businesses in the district will be providing live entertainment and special performances during and after the market.
